Co-Vice President

Hi! I'm Sydney Arrandt, Co-VP of the SCOPE Midwest JLC! l'm a Senior at Lane Tech HIgh School in Chicago, Illinois. At Lane, I am a part of the Varsity Cheerleading team, Lane Buddies, and Jewish Student Connections.  But why do I want to make a difference with SCOPE? I attended Lake of the Woods camp for 9 summers. There, I met many of my best friends and made memories that will last a lifetime. I want to give kids everywhere a chance to go to camp and find their home away from home, like me! I’m so excited to work with the JLC this year to send more kids to camp!

I’m Olivia Allen, President of the SCOPE Midwest JLC. I’m a Sophomore at New Trier High School. At New Trier, I am part of the Tennis Team and Girls Club. But why do I want to make a difference with SCOPE? I’ve been going to Lake of the Woods camp for over 5 years, and the impact camp has had on me is tremendous. I want to give every child the opportunity of camp, as I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity myself. I hope that with this leadership role I can work with my team to raise funds and awareness for SCOPE and allow the JLC to grow. I’m so excited to see what’s to come this year!

Hi! I’m Tali Hans, Co-VP of the SCOPE Midwest JLC! I’m a Senior at Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois. I am a part of my schools' Field Hockey team, Interact club, Peer Group Leaders Program, and Yearbook Staff. I found out about SCOPE through my overnight camp, Lake of the Woods. From first-hand experience, I know that camp teaches so many learning lessons that kids will  take with them for the rest of their lives. I love being a part of giving others the opportunity to experience the magic of camp. I’m so excited to make a difference this year!
